Job Description:
• Find potential estate buyers
• Determine competitive market prices
• Prepare purchase agreements and closing statements
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies
• Manage and motivate sales agents
• To be assigned in General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as sales manager in real estate with the duration of at least 2-3 years
• Bachelor's Degree
• With strong leadership and communication skills
• With knowledge in real estate selling process
• Computer literate
• Available to start immediately
Schedule
• Monday to Saturday (either hybrid or onsite)
