Promote and sell DMCI Projects through online advertisements, open houses, and participation in company supported activities Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas Develop “out of the box” sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep awareness of the latest developments Advantages of selling DMCI Homes Condominium projects:


Cross-selling is allowed, sell all projects, we have a portfolio of around 50 projects Fast commission release (partial release at 10% DP and full commission at 20% DP Affordable payment terms, and easy to sell projects Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage, Property Development/Real Estate With good oral and written communication skills Goal oriented, with strong drive to succeed and consistently meets performance standards Willing to be trained and flexible Can work in a team and has sense of responsibility Must be enthusiastic and resourceful Basic Social Media & Online Literacy Ability to work well in a fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking Knowledge of relevant computer applications
