- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge in repairing audio equipment
- Basic knowledge in video and audio editing is a plus
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Fast learner and good technical skills
