R&D Technician

Build positive relationships with customers/clients
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field.
Repairs and maintains various electronic equipment, appliances, and others
Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
Provide service as required and maintain communication with the manager while in the field.
Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations, and provide general customer service on the phone and in person.
Must near Angono
Driving skills is an advantage
At least a college/tesda/vocational/ graduate
Preferably with experience under the logistics sector
Knowledgeable with repairing household appliances
Must be willing to do fieldwork such as store visits and home service
