**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or HRA or BS Home Economics with strong food manufacturing background, and with a strong passion for food.
- Product development/product improvement projects.
- Highly creative and positive, well exposed to the food business, and well organized.
- At least 3 years of extensive supervisory work experience in R&D and QA of a reputable food service or food manufacturing company.
- Preferably GMP, HACCP certified.
