Quantity Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Management and other project contributors to deliver assistance and technical support.
? Ability to supervise, monitor, and guide other team members to ensure productivity, efficiency, deliverables and outputs.
? Coordinate effectively about the project schedule and project progress, coordinating project activities with the Construction & Design Team to secure accurate progress billing.
? Controls project cost by suggesting for approval the costs, assess subcontractor contracts.
? Expected to attend all new project meetings, project PPE for accurate costing and possible impromptu costing.
? Ability to meet deadlines of each project for costing.
? Coordinate with the GridCore team for smooth coordination and for the successful completion of the project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Graduate of B.S.
Civil Engineering (preferably licensed)
? Licensed Civil Engineer is a must
? At least 3-5 years of experience in the construction company as Quantity Surveyor
? Knowledgeable in using Planswift, Autocad, Sketchup.
Revit is a plus point.
SALARY RANGE: Php35,000 - Php35,000
