Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
- Compute Project Quantity
- Ensure and check of Quality of works
- Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
- Can deal with DPWH suggestions about project/concerns
- Manage documents of DPWH
- Billing of DPWH
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
- They help to ensure that the construction project is completed within the projective budget.
**Requirements**:
Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

with atleast 5 years exp.as Engr.
with atleast 1-2 years exp.in the same field

Willing to Visit Site

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

- Navotas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
