Quantity Surveyor (Au Based Client - Dayshift)

Work Set-up: First 2-4 weeks onsite training/onboarding before transitioning to fully remote/wfh.
Shift: Mondays to Fridays, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documentation using Cost-X.Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting for construction projects.Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.Evaluate and process contractor and subcontractor claims and variations.Support in procurement processes, including obtaining and analyzing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of works.Manage administrative tasks, including document control, filing, and correspondence in support of admin team members.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments.Maintain and update project records, databases, and logs.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.Provide general support to the project team to ensure efficient project execution. Qualifications: 4 years of professional experience on full Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction Estimation – from initial take offs to cost planningExperience with major estimation software/tools such as CostXPreferably with International Client experience – AustraliaFamiliar with the Australian standard of measurementKnowledgeable on navigating FTP (File Transfer Protocol) sites i.e. Procore WHY INTELASSIST?
