Quantity Surveyor

Responsible for the correct quantity and specifications of materials based on project standards and other related references for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible in the timely preparation of accurate specifications and quantity of bill of materials
2. Responsible for sourcing and updating material cost references
3. Responsible to review project technical specifications, project plans, project guidelines, and other related project documents.
4. Responsible for the development and improvement of the existing project estimation processes such as but not limited to encoding actual counts, and bill of quantity formats and documentation of queries
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
2. Preferably with least one (1) year experience in vertical and horizontal construction
3. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Must be able to read and understand drawings and specifications
5. Must have time management and organizational skills
6. Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheets, and presentation applications
7. Amenable to work in Quezon City
