**Qualification**
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
May not be in a BPO but must be in the area of Quality, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence
- Knowledge in Quality Management Systems
- Expertise in Quality Tools (7 QC tools, basic statistics)
- Experience in facilitating workshops
- Strong background in Process Mapping and Documentation
- Some experience in Project Management
- Experienced data storyteller
- Strong Coaching Experience
- Experience in UX Design
- Experience in Design Thinking
- Experience in Operational Excellence
- COPC Certified Not Mandatory is advantage if you have
