Manufacturing Process Audits if the designed manufacturing process flow and control plans and FMEA are enforced and implemented and maintained.

Identifies the product requirements and process requirements are satisfied e.g. machine parameters. Checks if applicable manufacturing documents are provided and checks if available in the workplace and at the point of inspection area. Ensures that
Important characteristics internally and specific to customers must be identified and complied to specifications. Reviews manufacturing flow to determine root cause of quality problems/issues. Identifies and recommends improvements to manufacturing process flow to eliminate quality issues.
Coordinates that corrective actions and preventive actions are transparent to all departments. Guarantees that the start-up inspection e.g. First Piece Inspection validated before release to mass production and must be consciously emphasized to Quality inspectors and operators.
Quality control and procedures Reviews and analyzes the standard operational procedures and working practices/work instructions Revises the operational procedures and working practices to conform with requirements and standards, e.g. PPE guidelines, MSDS, Chemical Handling Designs quality control plan, procedures and work instructions Implements quality control procedures and corrective actions.

Conducts technical and quality training as needed Stops production if any non-conformities or suspect situation or product is discovered; Reviews and gives product quality validation/approvals
Auditing of Process, Product & Workstation Implements Audits Handles audits Leads/managed improvement projects
Reports preparation and data interpretation Interprets production and quality data Prepares Quality Control reports Prepares Corrective and preventive action reports and feedback on quality issues.

Quality, IATF, & Environmental Management System Implements ISO 9001, IATF Quality Management system and EMS in his area of responsibility Champions the implementation of quality systems Acts as Document Control as assigned Serves as Internal Auditor (if with certification)
Core Tools Application (APQP,PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)- Prepares and submits PPAP documentations
Data Mgt System (Solar System Application)Corrects process sheets in coordination with the global support team (e.g., SWEET, Engineering, etc.)Ensures the control of Uranus system-the push-pull process so that hold parts, suspected parts will not be delivered or mixed to good parts in the production line.
