- Conducts routine and non-routine inspection of incoming materials, in-process and finished products according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Coordinates with interfacing departments in the implementation of Quality and Food Safety programs on GMP, Sanitation and other related procedures, work instructions, etc.
- Reviews and analyzes data obtained and report nonconformities to immediate supervisor.
- Conducts root cause analysis with interfacing departments for nonconformities reported.
- Conducts monitoring, verification and validation activities until closure of RCA.
- Performs documentation, risk assessment and other management-system related requirements.
- Prepares and conducts microbiological analysis as per schedule.
- Conducts sanitation audit to monitor organization's compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices, Sanitation and Food Safety Performs all other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or the management as need arises.
Qualifications
- Preferably College graduate in a related discipline or technical field (Food Technology, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering)
- With good communication skills, both oral and written (English and Filipino)
- Computer literate
- Exhibits a high level of discipline and with sound moral values
- A good team player, motivator and goal-oriented
