Quality Control And Reservation Associate

Job Description:
Oversees the QC & Service Section Conducts quality control inspection on all incoming and outgoing merchandise deliveries and perform administrative tasks Ensures strict implementation of the Quality Control Standards set by the company Coordinates with the branches and customers Coordinates with suppliers on factory production defects, incomplete accessories and the likes from received sealed items assembled in front of customers, request immediate action from suppliers Maintains a systematic file of reports, forms, memos, etc. Decides on rejection or acceptance of all incoming and outgoing merchandise deliveries based on the quality control standards set by the company Performs various job-related duties as may be assigned by superiors from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree of any course Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Technical Knowledge Computer Literacy (especially MS Word/MS Excel) People Skills – able to communicate, understand and influence people
