Job Description:
The Quality Enhancement Group Officer is responsible for the overall supervision of QEG. Responsible in ensuring that the functions of QEG are being performed at maximum efficiency to meet the objectives. Reports directly to the QEG Vice President.


Conducts orientation for new operation key personnel (Officer level up)

Establishes the new process for new sections/departments of new businesses of the company.

Supervises the Business Process section in the conceptualization, establishment, and implementation of new processes.

Supervises the Process Audit section in the maintenance of Audit Effectiveness.

Delegates new special audit projects to Process Audit section for the gathering and analysis of data.

Reviews the gathered data, evaluate the analysis and comes up with a final finding, recommendation, and the special project.

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Tech-savvy At least 3 years of work related experience as a Manager or Supervisor Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Business Management Course
