Quality Assurance (Qa) Engineer

Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of production output. He/She will ensure product and process quality meets the specifications required. He/She will assess the conformance of products to established Quality Standards. He/She will ensure that the processes needed for the Quality System are established. He/She will handle customer complaints and maintain current and accurate records of all corrective action plans and its effective monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course; With leadership qualities; Experience in handling people; Knowledge in ISO and SAP are an advantage; Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment is a plus; Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Positive work attitude, trainable, flexible; Team player with good interpersonal skills; Willing to work in Meycauyan, Bulacan.
