Quality Assurance Lead

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct end-to-end test for all product releases Responsible for evaluating and designing new products Establish testing standards and ensure they are met Monitor unit testing and functional testing prior product release Manage test execution and analyze test results for adherence to requirements and technical specifications Generate monthly reports regarding testing performance Coordinate and train the functional team to achieve testing standards JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
With at least 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Testing Life Cycle Excellent analytical skills Outstanding attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate, and document defects in complex software features Strong team player Ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to work on multiple tasks of moderate to high complexity IT-related experience in restaurant and/or retail industry is an advantage Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City #J-18808-Ljbffr
