We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Compliance Officer, your role is vital in keeping our customers happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.
As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
It is the role of the Compliance Officer to ensure that all sales follow strict standards and comply with regulatory compliance. A compliance officer needs to be attentive to detail to ensure high quality sales are being submitted to the client.
Your day could see you:
Assisting in the quality assurance of all Client telesales interactions between Melbourne based agents and local customers
When assessing interactions, ensure all company procedures are followed by the agents with particular attention to regulations including Australian Consumer Law and client specifications
Assess call performance against quality checklist
Using the various computer systems, track and save recorded contracts to the data base
Complete in a log of feedback to be used for coaching of sales agents – detail must be clearly articulated
Download and catalogue Client telesales calls
Ad hoc tasks including administrative duties that are taken on by the Compliance team
Adherence to daily/weekly key performance indicators as established by the Team Leader
Participate in ongoing training in relation to processes and system upgrades

A BIT ABOUT YOU

At least 12 months experience in a quality compliance role
Experience in an Australian account with sales background would be preferable
