Qaqc Architect - Manila

Job Description Graduate of BS Architecture At least 2 years working experience in the same capacity
Inspects and certifies that all incoming construction materials and goods delivered to the job site comply with the approved submittals
Prepares standardized quality procedures on construction management activities and inspection criteria /checklist which shall be implemented in the job site
Conducts inspection on all finishing works performed on a continual basis for compliance with the current drawings and specifications
Knowledgeable on process review and documentation flowcharting
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Must be detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work load and work independently to meet commitments with minimal supervision
