Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or Project Management
Background in Mechanical / Electrical
Experience in Electrical erection is mandatory
Good experience in mechanical erection QAQC.
Must have an experience in QAQC for process equipment, electrical and piping.
Must be able to settle the documentation, and perform the inspection at site as well
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience to site QA/QC related to site activities and in at least 2 large size projects is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor for 7 years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Must have experience handling at least two (2) MWSS (Manila Water and Maynilad) projects.
Familiar with construction safety and quality standards, construction procedures and requirements.
Good coordination skill, high executive ability

JOB DESCRIPTION
Co-ordinates and manages all QA/QC activities to meet the project specification and ISO standard. Liaises with the Client representative, Supervisor, Project team and sub-contractors / suppliers to meet the QA/QC requirement.
Revise the equipment specification and the subcontract before issuance to supplier of S/C.
Develop technical guidelines, inspection procedures (ITR/ITP) and QA/QC manual to confirm materials & installation in compliance with Project specifications.
Participate to the SAT elaboration.
Responsible for inspection activities to ensure the quality of products comply with client's and regulatory requirements
Review material supplier or sub-contractor’s standards and operations for compliance with the contract
Review the QA/QC documents from suppliers/ subcontractor for compliance with the contract requirement, statutory requirement.
Initiate and recommend solutions to support the project teams on all QA/QC matters to meet the contract conditions.
Reporting on the performance of the quality system to the management for review and as a basis for improvement for the quality system.
Any other duties to be assigned by Project Manager.
