1 Handling SPC development with counterpart with FY.
2 Troubleshoot system issue related to SPC software. Configure SPC systems, lay-out and design.
3 Implementation of additional parameter to be monitor and analyze based from the drawing and criticization.
4 Follows Work Instruction and the Set Standard Procedure.
5 Performs verification and judgment of non-conforming parts.
6 Reviews and revises the appearance inspection criteria, QCFC, WI, OPL and other quality documentation.
7 In-charge to monitor in-process and outgoing dimension inspection.
8 Monitors and conducts evaluations and FAI related to the assigned model.
9 Conducts internal process audit for the assigned model and assures that all items are monitored until closure.
10 Acts as a customer window/representative that attends to all customer request and concerns & audits.
11 Relay internally all informations/concerns coming from customer (such as but not limited to customer issues).
12 Attends to external meetings requested by the customer such as but not limited to QM.
13 Informs to customer any changes that affects quality through 5MIE as well as evaluations/FAI.
14 Accomplishes all reports/quality documentation related to the assigned model and customer requirements such as but not limited to items required in the SQMP and QM report.
15 Conducts investigation together with Engineering and generate corrective action report for all customer issues and make sure all corrective actions / PA are implemented and maintained.
16 Monitors yield, LAR, NCR, SPC, QC monitoring status and inform to superior for any abnormalities.
17 Accomplishes internal and external reports such as but not limited to updates on QA Department objective and programs QC patrol monitoring , yield and monthly/weekly monitoring reports requested by the superior.
18 Assist GL for the zero customer claim monitoring.
19 Oversees operations of measuring instruments troubleshoot (if necessary) and/or report any abnormality to superior.
20 Responsible for technical programing, trainings and certification both for dimensions and cleanliness testing where applicable.
21 Conducts 5S in workstation.
22 Controls and implements ISO standard.
23 Practices safety habits in workstation.
24 Cooperates in carrying out the requirements of the Quality, Environmental and Occupation Health and Safety standards
25 Reports to superior hazards found in the workplace and recommends ways to eliminate or reduce the hazard.
26 Use safeguards and safety devices if applicable.
27 Follows instructions given by superior in accordance to health and safety standards.
28 Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
1 Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
2 Knowledge of various QC tools, FMEA, 8D and other problem solving techniques
3 Computer literate
4 Time management, coordination, judgment and decision making, communication and interpersonal skills.
5 Highly Analytical. Able to deal with difficult people and settings while remaining calm and respectful.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
1 Graduate of Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics and Communication Engineering
2 At least 2 years work experience as QA/QC Asst. Engineer
