JOB DESCRIPTION Position Overview: The job of a QA Controller Level 1 is to assist QA Team in performing Quality Control (QC) and QA, ensuring surveys’ quality meets the established standards set by the company (international regulations included). Identifying the issues is part of the job with the obligation to report, document and correct findings.
The QA Controller Level 1 works on identifying quality issues within data or surveys. This requires survey and data knowledge to perform corrections taking into consideration correction rules. Performs QA tasks of the research study with usage of available tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, validity. Accomplishes day-to-day QC/QA inquiries, ensuring timely delivery.
Strong attention to details and ability to focus on wide-ranging data sets working towards deadlines are crucial for the role. The person will be responsible to professionally carry out tasks required for the research study to ensure very high quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Assists in the QC/QA execution for a variety of multi-country and disease research projects.
Adhere to quality standards and identify deviations from the specifications and perform corrections
Assists QA Team in the overall execution of survey and data quality check to meet the quality requirements.
Questionnaire, Lime Survey platform, data knowledge is required to perform job
Perform testing of survey with testplan.
Works in Lime Survey platform and other computer programs to perform quality control checks for questionnaires, surveys, data QC.
Develops and maintains good professional communication within team, timely task execution.
Documents his / her work and participates in the development of processes.
Job Qualification
Education, Professional Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Market Research, Science, Engineering, Quality Management
Experience in a Quality Control / Assurance area is preferred
Experience in quality controlling, inspection is preferred
Demonstrated experience using SharePoint and Office 365 Tools.
Excellent computer and typing skills required
Ability to learn new computer programs and software
