PURCHASING TRANSACTION EXPERT (FRENCH SPEAKING)
As a Purchasing Transaction Expert (French Speaking), you will be at the core of executing all purchasing processes and transactions to JTI in Americas.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
You will ensure commendable delivery of services related to purchasing transactions of stakeholders.
You will lead in the full compliance of purchase-to-pay procedures in accordance to our operating guidelines.
You will provide accurate and quality analyses to drive efficiency in our services.
You will provide expertise in SAP and other systems that will be used by the team.

YOU ARE:
A college graduate of with a bachelor’s degree in business or finance or any related course
Experienced in working for at least 3 years at a multinational company, preferably having a role in purchasing, finance or budgetary for at least a year
Excellent understanding of P2P processes, procedures, and operating guidelines
A good communicator, presenter, and ambassador with fluency in both English and French
An analytical team player who has strong understanding of P2P end-to-end processes
An adept user of Microsoft Office and SAP P2P is a plus
