Purchasing Staff

The Purchasing Staff is responsible for processing supply and equipment. requests to suppliers, and making sure that the supplies can be delivered on the agreed date.Canvass prices from suppliers for purchase order request;. Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list, clarifying unclear items and recommending alternatives;. Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price;obtaining recommendations from suppliersProven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar roleGood knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)Hands-on experience with purchasing softwareUnderstanding of supply chain proceduresSolid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysesNegotiation skillsBSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field-Willing to do task assigned from time to time.-single/male/female-fit to work- With good moral character.-must be college graduate of Business management or work related- PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE APPLICATION.- PREFERABLY EXPERIENCED WORKING IN PEZA REGISTERED COMPANY.- AMENABLE TO WORK IN CARMONA.- JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME
