**Qualifications**
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any business-related courses
- Has at least three years of work experience in Purchasing or operation supply management
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized and hardworking
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); can carry out negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and other third parties.
- With business acumen and can easily compute for surcharges, discounts, interests, and other related transactions.
- Can work well under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Has the ability to handle sensitive information and with strong work ethics
- Ability to speak and/or understand Mandarin an advantage but not required
- Willing to work in Annapolis, Greenhills under Compressed Work Week (Mondays to Fridays)
- Purchases materials, parts, supplies, and services at the right quality and quantity, at minimum cost and ensures its availability on time;
- Facilitates the on-time delivery of these supplies and materials from the point of order to the point of use.
- Secures suppliers' bids and quotations and handles them with utmost confidentiality;
- Selects vendor with the best price offer with quality as the topmost consideration;
- Checks and ensures accreditation papers of new suppliers;
- Coordinates undelivered items and prepares incident reports to suppliers concerned when items delivered are unsatisfactory;
- Keeps abreast with market trends and provides users with information on new products available in the market
