**Brief Description**:
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Training new employees in the purchasing process
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from supplier
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- Proven work experience as Purchasing Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Proven good negotiation skills
- Should be able to drive 4-wheels (MT)
