- At-least 2 to 5 years working experience in Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material planning.
- Knowledge of the procurement processes, ERP system and inventory management
- Supervising the work of the staff.
- Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives.
- Preparing accomplishment report
- Checking processed request for payments.
- Checking processed PO's.
- Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedule and quality.
- Assign and direct staff to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries in site & all dept.
- Excellent in purchasing research, capable to identify potential suppliers both foreign and local.
- Manage and oversee the daily activities of the Department.
