Purchasing Clerk

Job Description:
Assists in the sourcing and accreditation of suppliers. Performs canvassing and negotiation of prices for materials, office supplies, equipment and/or services. Reconciles and follows-up deliveries of purchased items. Ensures the recording and filing of purchase orders. Issues and documents accountabilities of employees. Assists in the encoding of all delivered items.. Prepares and submits accurate reports on time. Performs inventory of all materials and supplies being purchased. Performs other management mandated functions. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course must have 0-2 years of related work experience preferably in manufacturing, retail or services must be keen to details preferably with negotiation and documentation skills Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
