GENERAL DESCRIPTIONUnder the supervision of the Corporate Services Officer, the Corporate ServicesManager, AVP-Corporate Services, shall perform a variety of tasks andresponsibilities pertaining to Procurement and other functions of the CorporateServices department as the case may be. The position also entails working closelywith the other Corporate Services Associates. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities listed below are intended only as illustrations of thevarious types of work that may be performed.
This is not limited to other duties,responsibilities or projects that may be assigned. Performs and executes, with considerable degree of accountability, all thepurchasing functions of the company for goods and services. ?Handles the full operations of procurement which includes –a)Vendor Sourcingb)Canvassing and obtaining of quotationsc)Contract negotiationd)Orderinge)Receipt and quality inspection of all purchasesf)Supplier performance assessment and evaluation?Scope of purchasing includes but is not limited to –a)Office supplies, office forms, and all otherrequirements.b)Tools, office equipment and machineries.c)Marketing product promotion and servicesd)Construction requirementse)Booking and purchase of all employee's tickets fordomestic travel?Ensure that all purchasing requests are processed and served in 3 daysand not later than 7 days.
?Ensure that all deliveries are with Received status in AX. ?Responsible on the timely submission of received POs to Accountingand the clean-up of supplier's account when necessary. ?Coordinates with the Corporate Services Associate in maintaining thestock levels of all supplies?Responsible for supplier performance assessment and evaluation.
?Prepare and update all reports to monitor purchases and usage?Create and maintain all supplier contracts and files?Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents. ?Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting,analyzing, andsummarizing data and trends. ?Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
?Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completingrelated results asneeded. Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php20,000.00 to Php25,000.00 /monthEducation:
