Purchasing Assistant

Must be a BS Administration/ or Electrical Engineering graduate.
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience related to the job position.
- Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.
- Develop delivery schedules, team coordination and drop shipment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Manage and oversee the movement and storage of materials inside the warehouse.
- Oversee goods handling, material handling and inventory management process.
- Organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
- Provide weekly relevant reports to the team lead.
- Develop system to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure that the logistics SLAs and KPIs are met.

**Salary**: From Php16,000.00 per month
