Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.4. Tract orders and ensure timely delivery.5. Review quality of purchased products.6. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities and prices) into internal databases.7. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.8. Prepare reports on purchases including cost analysis.9. Monitor stock levels and place orders a needed.10. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.III. JOB DIMENSION1. Graduate or undergraduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.2. Must have at least 2 years of hands-on system operations experience or at least 1 year experience in Purchasing.3. Understanding supply chain procedures.4. Solid analytical skills with the ability to create financial report and conduct cost analysis.5. Proven work experience as a Purchasing Assistant.6. Organized and strong coordination skills and negotiating skills and can work with minimum supervision.7. Above average oral and written communication skills.8. Hardworking and keen to details.9.
