Outsource profitable supplier and initiate business and organization partnership or pre accreditation of supplier.
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Process cash advance for the requested amount of the item.
Ensure all document should be properly keep and hand over to authorize person.
Always maintain good relations with the suppliers.

Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related course.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to relate people, work in teams and manage conflict.
Has a strong work ethic, responsible and someone who has the ability to honor commitment.
Must know how to drive (4-wheels) and Motorcycle.
