**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Compliance_
- Develop, implement, and oversee programs to ensure compliance with required protocols, regulations, and laws such as research protections and integrity, conflicts of interest, contract compliance and grant compliance; reviews federal and state requirements, researches protocols, and other government local mandates
- Update procedures and policies to ensure fulfillment of current and new regulatory obligations; develops, conducts, and maintains mandated programs; provides guidance and recommendations to management
- Develop and maintain records for regulatory compliance; initiates investigations and/or routine monitoring for program compliance and/or in response to reports of non-compliance or concerns; responds to notifications of unsafe conditions, contract non-compliance, or other discrepancies and reports findings to compliance committees, administration, federal agencies and/or other mandated entities, as required and/or appropriate
- Review new regulations to determine impact on the institution and applicable faculty, staff, or students; consults and interacts with other institutions, federal agencies and other entities
- Discuss best practices, compliance concerns, or regulation interpretation
- Purchasing_
- Perform canvassing, sampling, and preparing of comparative canvass for at least 3 different suppliers
- Monitor of price changes, and maintaining reports on project costing
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Site inspection, monitoring and tracking of deliveries (includes documentation and clerical works)
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs
- Prepare Purchase Orders for various departments and sends copies to suppliers
- Consolidate updated supplier records with contact information, pricing schemes, credit terms, and supplier's portfolio
- Evaluate and improves process flow, documentation requirements and other concerns that will enhance the material procurement process
- Secure the best price of all items which constitute the lowest price possible and longer term possible
- Interact with suppliers in case of delay in delivery of items, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
