We bridge the gap between GP and specialist care, offering services that may extend beyond regular GP's reach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Do up purchase orders for the required medication/consumables for respective clinic and ensures the orders arrives on time
- Develops relationships with suppliers and distributors of medicines/consumables, and negotiates for best pricing
- Receives reports and complaints on drugs, and follow up accordingly with the suppliers
- Ensure goods are purchased at reasonable pricing and keep a constant check on stock levels across all clinics
- Frequent liaising needed between suppliers, manufacturers & relevant internal departments (doctors & finance)
- Help out on drug deliveries and ad-hoc logistics transfers
- Takeover of logistics reporting for total number, expense and proposals for better cost saving alternatives on this matter
- Optimizing and improving Cost of Goods (COGs) of DTAP Clinic
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Location & commitments**
- Permanent full time role based in the Philippines Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
- Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Business administration / Supply Chain / Ecommerce Or Related
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical product sourcing / buying
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management or ecommerce

**Salary**: Php22,200.00 - Php24,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 3 years (required)
