Pump Attendant ( Seaoil Bauan )

1. Loads gasoline to customer’s vehicle based on the amount purchased.
2. Responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the station.
3. Issues receipt to the customers (e.g. cash invoice and or charge invoice to the customers with credit line) printed by the Forecourt Cashier
4. Responsible in following the five steps when working along drive way to maintain accessibility to the customers.
5. Prioritizes customers by serving them appropriately and greeting them in a good manner.
6. Responsible in preparing the station 30 minutes before the opening time.
7. Responsible in checking the reading of the assigned pump at the end of the shift in order to reconcile the cash remitted and the cash receipt issued to the customer.
8. Ensures that the change received by the customers is counted correctly based on the printed receipt.
9. Checks if the reading of the total Loaded Gasoline should tallies with the total cash remitted to the cashier.
10. Assures that cashier has counted remitted cash at the end of the shift.
11. Perform other duties that may be assigned by Immediate Superior. QUALIFICATIONS
At least High Graduate
With at least 6 months experience in the same field
Physically fit and can work in shifting hours
With excellent customer service skills
