Responsibilities: Execute company strategies for media and public relations Organize and coordinate internal and external communication Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new press contacts Manage media inquiries and interview requests Create content for press releases, byline articles and other content initiatives Responsible for media analyzing and monitoring Organize PR activities and events Manage partnership with the media Build positive relationship with stakeholders, media and the public Provide insights and content ideas to social media team to engage audiences across digital media Minimum Qualifications:
The Public Relations Specialist job is for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. He/she will work closely with the Public Relations Manager to build and maintain the favorable public image for the company by communicating programs, accomplishments and/or points of view.
Skill and requirements: Proven track record in designing and executing successful public relations campaigns Excellent verbal and written communication skills Event planning and execution experience Full understanding of media needs and strong media relationships Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail Possess the ability to keep information confidential Solid experience with social media including blogs, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Strong background in researching, writing, and editing publications Ability to work well under pressure, self motivated and result oriented with attention to process Posses creativity and problem-solving aptitude
