Provincial Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
Coordinate Provincial Sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to the provincial sales team Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Handle the processing of all provincial orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or any business-related course. Preferably with work experience in sales and marketing - preparing reports, handling sales and inventory, events coordination, advertising and promotions. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be assertive, confident and dynamic. Must be computer literate. Excellent problem-solving skills;
