Property Marketing Manager

1.Business Development Management-Work closely with the marketing team,together to expand the market in the area of real estate,by cooperating with more residences' administrations,and other real estate brokers, and maintaining good relationships with all the partners.
2.Partners Management-Develop business management processes,including preparing cooperation plans,signing of cooperation contracts,maintaining relationships,etc.
3.Sales Management-Develop sales management processes,including working with sales team together to upload property source information and share on more platforms,etc.
4.Project Management-Design and production of business presentations, lease proposals, investment proposals.
5.Brand Management-Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast or online platforms to ensure that products and services become well-known and meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands. Organize events such as produced launches,exhibitions and photo shoots,etc.
6.Team Management-Build a marketing/sales team.In charge of training,KPI management,etc.
7.Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

1.College Degree is required;At least 5years as a property broker.
2.Have a collaborative and professional style with the objective of building strong relationships with diverse people or groups.
3.Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
4.Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
5.An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.
6.Internet savvy and familiar with online/ecommerce.
7.Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
8.Have Broker's/Agent's License.
