Property Manager

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in Property Management or the related field is required for this position
- Results oriented, honest, a team worker with high leadership qualities and are able to interact with top executives, tenants, and/or unit owners
- Skills Required: Lead Generation, Tenant Relations, Facilities Management, Reporting, Analytical and Strategic Thinking
- Excellent presentation and client management skills
- Highly personable with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Willing to work in Manila area

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
