Establish, maintain and build solid relationship with your account managers Assist Business Partners to get their deals approved Arrange and follow up needed documents from Business Partners Proactively updates Business Partners about the status of their deals Work closely with Account Managers, Credit Team to answers issues, service requests and business client queries; Building relation with all stakeholders including valuers, mortgage insurers and other third parties to maintain excellent service levels; Ensure turnaround times are met and constantly follow up relevant departments. Familiarize with all the company's product suites and be able to handle scenarios posted by Business Partners. Reports daily activities and escalates any concerns to the Sales Manager and Head of sales and Marketing Minimum Qualifications:
