Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervises duties and monitors performance of all staff
- Compiles staff duty schedule
- Maintains an open and cooperative relationship with the building's PMO
- Performs check-in, check-out, and other Front Office procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel premises
- Monitors guest satisfaction reviews and responds urgently, if needed
- Ensures that the quality standards of ZEN Rooms are met.
- Monitors the inventory of hotel equipment and supplies
- Ensures that the property rules and regulations are followed.
- Identifies issues with processes and maintenance, and suggests solutions for improvements
- Implements efficient procedures, schedules and quality control assessments
- Accommodates requests from guests regarding room cleanliness
