Roles and Responsibilities Supervises duties and monitors performance of all staff Compiles staff duty schedule Maintains an open and cooperative relationship with the building's PMO Performs check-in, check-out, and other Front Office procedures Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel premises Monitors guest satisfaction reviews and responds urgently, if needed Ensures that the quality standards of ZEN Rooms are met. Monitors the inventory of hotel equipment and supplies Ensures that the property rules and regulations are followed. Identifies issues with processes and maintenance, and suggests solutions for improvements Implements efficient procedures, schedules and quality control assessments Accommodates requests from guests regarding room cleanliness
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
