Property Manager

Job Description:
Managing all aspects of assigned properties Designing business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities Update job and market knowledge Minimum Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years working experience managing a residential condominium or a budget hotel with gross floor area of 10,000 sq.m or an 8 story building. Must be willing to work in San Juan, Metro Manila Must be proficient in pertinent local and National laws regarding building code and fire safety. Must have some accounting and management background. Preferably must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, real estate, or any business related field/ Salary is between 20K - 35K per month.
