Property Manager

Job Description:
Coordinate with respective divisions regarding activities related to turn-over and property which he/she is assigned. Perform all property management functions and activities for the property owner. Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of all developments at the site. Inform respective departments on property management requirements of the site. Responsible for all facets of operations of the property to which he/she is assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Strong analytical and planning skills; With excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees, developers, agencies, public officials and the general public. Preferably with experience in handling Sports Club Willing to work in Carmona or in GMA, Cavite.
