Property Management Support (Project)

Ensures proper documentation relevant to incorporation of and conveyance, maintaining the upkeep of projects while keeping a good relationship with HOA/Condo Corp.

**Job Qualifications**:

- A graduate of any management course and/or civil engineering
- With at least one-year experience in the related field
- Exposure in real estate or property management is a plus
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work on a Project-based engagement (chance on getting regular post after)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
