Attend to all inquiries for long term lease of the units. Keep track and record outcome.
Liaise with other agents for viewings of the units.
Furnish unit according to budget, intended design and purpose.
Ensure the property is fully ready for use by the next tenant after the long term lease has ended. Check if intercom is working and all appliances are in proper condition. Follow Long Term Guide.
Ensure guidelines for furnishing, photoshoots and long-term tenants are followed.
Ensure all forms are completely filled up.
Ensure that any outstanding requests or issues are resolved.
Liaise with condo admin that all paper works need for move-out or move-in are completed.
Conduct inventory and report any missing items or damage, repair needed to be done to the unit regularly. Keep track of issues encountered per unit.
Schedule general cleaning, grease trap, aircon clean, exhaust clean, deep clean. Shower curtain and curtain laundry if needed. Keep track of maintenance and repair dates and actions taken.
Supervise work of field agent. Must wear uniform and ID at all times.
In-charge of viewing, move in and move out inspection, inventory, documentation and key exchange for long-tern lease.
In-charge of reloading electricity for guest use, if needed.
In-charge of company hotline.
Giving only assigned keys, always having backup key in cases of emergency. Keep track of Keys Inventory.
Issue acknowledgement receipt paying in cash. Issue check or cash voucher as and when needed.
Submit list of all task, expenses, collections, deposits monthly. Check for bills and pay for it as and when instructed. Send receipt to bookkeeper for compilation.
Keep track of beddings and towels per unit and decorative items.
