Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Banking/Reconciling
Preparation of Middle and End of Month
Daily Arrears Management
Arraigning and auditing Routine Inspections
Conducting Rent Reviews
Following up on outstanding Maintenance
Creating Monthly reports for Management
Special one off tasks as required
Monthly Auditing of Detector Inspector (fire alarm compliance)
Maintain client confidentiality
Adhere to the company code of conduct and code of ethics

Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Accounting, Business Admin or related
At least 1 to 2 years of Accounting background
Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
Ability to adapt to new tools and software
Excellent attention to details (will need system auditing)
Friendly person that is confident and can be firm when needed, positive with a can-do attitude
Strong communication both written and verbal
Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
