Property Engineer

Job Description:
Healthy Options Group of Companies is looking for a Property Engineer who will help ensure the proper maintenance and management of the different facilities of the Company.


Install necessary systems and equipment found in the office and in the stores Assist the Facilities Management Engineer
Designing the layout of systems and equipment Identifying the materials and equipment to be used in the various systems Conduct necessary service and maintenance repairs
Liaising with plumbers, electricians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of Engineering course (Preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) At least 6-12 months of experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office applications Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Keen on details and has strong organisational and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills; Maintains a healthy lifestyle and is a NON-SMOKER Willing to report to work on some Saturdays Willing to work in various locations (Metro Manila and provincial) Willing to do field work; willing to work in extended hours
