Strictly monitor the movement of items in the tool room, storage room, and document room.
- Pack and Unpack items to be stored on shelves in the document room.
- Submit comprehensive inventory of supplies monthly.
- Examine and inspects stock items for defects, reporting any damage to HR.
- Inform purchasing-in-charge of items that need replenishment for admin par stocking level.
- Release items on the tool room, storage room, and document room with the duty signed requisition forms.
- Performs other tasks, which will be assigned by superiors.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Custodian: 1 year (preferred)
