- Examine and inspect items for wear of defects or damage.
- Update BIN Cards; receieve, count and record all stock items, incoming and outgoing tools, equipments, materials.
- Record and prepare gate pass for outgoing tools, equipment, materials, delivery receipt, delivery gate pass, etc.
- issue property issuance slip and fixed asset transmittal slip for department and outlets.
- issue materials or supplies to co-workers based on requisition.
- prepare purchase requisition form based on DRF.
- update and follow up requested materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Four year course graduate / College Level
- With a minimum of 2-year work related experience
- Hardworking
- Must have the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and with minimum supervision
- Computer literate and must have knowledge in inventory and documentation
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City
