Assist the Board of Trustees to organize, monitor and to implement proper control of the organization.
It is a task to oversee that all instructions of the Board of Trustees are properly being implemented by the organization while overseeing the overall operation of the property assigned to him/her.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Experience in property management preferably Residential property.
- With 1-2 years of experience as Property Admin or related position.
- Preferably with Safety Officer Training Certificate
- With pleasing personality
- Can supervise and lead multiple properties with more or less 600 units.
- Strong organizational skills
- Can work under less or minimum supervision
